We ship across Canada! Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $75 or more (before taxes).

For smaller orders, a flat rate of $5.95 applies.

We currently ship only within Canada.

Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless defective.
• Sale items are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at info@goldybijoux.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Reason for return
• Photo of the product if defective

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
